Fertilizer Scale Measurement Forms

Typical fertilizer blenders/hoppers are connected to the scale and its frame with square or rectangular matching plates. Many of those plates are bolted together with four bolts. Bolt hole locations seem to be almost random even for the same brand and model. Doyle has many two hole matching plates and some 8 hole plates, although they use only four of the eight. Kraus blenders often connect to the blender/hopper with four legs going up from the scale frame into four cups or attachments on the hopper/blender. When we replace the scale on a Kraus we also replace the legs connecting to the blender/hopper. The original connecting legs are typically made with mild steel that matches the mild steel scale frame so for obvious reasons we replace the legs with stainless steel legs.

Typical Plates Measurement forms - joined to hopper or vertical blender with 4 matching plates with 4 matching holes.
